ONE WEEK - EXCLUSIVE - $1,350/week
Exclusive use is one week, Monday-Sunday. Includes use of theater during operational hours (see facility hours for times) and four performances/previews.
Additional performances/previews over four $110/each
DAILY USE
Sunday through Thursday - $275/day
Friday and Saturday - $375/day
Daily rate includes use of the theater during operational hours (see facility hours for times) and one performance/preview per day.
Additional performances/previews in one day $110/each
Exclusive and Daily Rentals include: use of lights, sound, and Playhouse staff presence at performances and previews.

With work lights - $25/hour
With set lights/sound - $35/hour
OFF SEASON RATES - reduced 30%
July 1 through September 30, rates for Exclusive and Daily use.
PARLOR GRAND PIANO (6'3") - $85/week
The parlor grand is tuned regularly. If additional tuning is reqested by the user, The Playhouse will contact its piano tuner and assess the user the additional cost.
